Timebeam Says It’s Future-Proof Skincare - So I Tried It. Here’s My Honest Take

As Chatworthy’s beauty editor, I’ve tried enough skincare to know when something is serving real results vs. just a good marketing fantasy. I’ve been slathered in seaweed, iced with LED masks, and paid way too much for a peptide cream that did… absolutely nothing.

So when a press box from Timebeam landed on my desk - all sleek, minimalist packaging and a tagline that read Holistic Skin Longevity™ - I was intrigued, skeptical, and immediately texting our intern to clear space on my beauty shelf.

Timebeam was created by Dr. Lamees Hamdan, an integrative medical doctor and longevity expert (yes, the kind who actually studies aging on a cellular level).

Timebeam

Her whole philosophy? Don’t wait until your 40s to start thinking about your skin. Start early, start smart, and treat your skin like the ecosystem it is: connected to your body, your mind, and your lifestyle. And honestly? She ate with that concept.

Let’s get into what happened when I tested the full Timebeam system for a 2 weeks - supplements and skincare - and whether it actually lives up to the hype.

From the first pump, I knew this one was different. The texture is a milky, lightweight dream that glides on like a K-beauty essence but acts like a heavyweight serum. Packed with an NAD+ booster, hyaluronic acid, and a firming peptide, it promises to drench your skin in hydration and reduce the look of fine lines.

Within minutes, my face looked  and felt  like it just drank a liter of water. There’s zero stickiness and no pilling (major win for anyone layering SPF or makeup on top). But what made me fall in love was the bounce: my skin looked plumper, more elastic, and somehow… rested. Like I just got back from vacation.

After about two weeks, I clocked that my forehead lines were less visible  not gone, but softened - and the dry flakiness around my nose had fully disappeared. It’s rare for a product to hit hydration and visible smoothing, but this one pulled it off.

This is skincare in snack form. The lemon drop flavor is dangerously good (think grown-up Pixy Stix), and it melts on the tongue with no water needed.

It’s loaded with NAD+, hyaluronic acid, and electrolytes, which means you’re hydrating from the inside out while also boosting energy and focus.

Did I feel more awake after taking it? Yes. Did I look glowier by week two? Also yes. My skin looked less dull, especially in natural light  and I even caught someone on Zoom asking if I’d just come from a facial. Coincidence? Possibly. But I’ll take it.

The real beauty of this supplement is that it makes skincare fun. You feel like you’re indulging - even though you’re actually being annoyingly responsible about your skin health.

This balm-to-oil serum is where Timebeam fully won me over. The texture melts into skin like butter, but somehow doesn’t leave a greasy finish. I have combination skin, and this gave me the moisture I crave without any breakouts - a rare combo.

Formulated with ceramides, resveratrol, and squalane, it calms, smooths, and visibly improves skin texture. After week one, my skin was visibly more even-toned, and I stopped waking up with the tight, dry feeling I usually get when my heater’s on full blast.

It also has this spa-like calming vibe that’s perfect for winding down. I found myself actually looking forward to my evening routine again - and when was the last time a skincare product helped you unplug mentally?

This one tastes like a tart cherry dream, and it contains magnesium (to help you relax), resveratrol (for its anti-aging antioxidant powers), and ceramides (for hydration). The flavor hits like a soft sour candy, and I started taking it about 30 minutes before bed.

I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up looking significantly more refreshed - and I don’t say that lightly. I used to wake up looking like a raisin. Now I’m closer to a plum. My skin looks calmer, more even, and just… happier. I also noticed a big difference in how soft and hydrated my skin stayed overnight - like, I’d touch my cheek and still feel that cushiony barrier 8 hours later.

Jay’s Hot Take: Timebeam Is

THAT

GIRL

There’s skincare, and then there’s skincare with a purpose. Timebeam falls firmly into the second category. Everything is intentional - from the ingredients (backed by science) to the way the products are meant to sync with your body’s natural rhythm.

I appreciate that this isn’t a 12-step routine meant to overwhelm you. It’s four core products  two topical, two ingestible  and they all pull their weight. They work together like a team, and you can tell. This is one of the few systems I’ve tested where every product felt like it belonged and delivered results that built on each other.

Plus, it’s giving longevity not just anti-aging. That’s a subtle but powerful shift. It’s not about reversing damage after it’s already there. It’s about making small, consistent choices now that compound over time. Which, in a world of instant gratification, feels oddly rebellious… and very chic.

TL;DR?

If you’re in your 20s or 30s and thinking, “I want to do skincare right, but I don’t have time for nonsense,” Timebeam is the answer.

It’s clean, clinically backed, smartly priced, and - most importantly - enjoyable. And for me, that’s what separates products I test from the ones I actually keep using.

So yeah, I’m a Timebeam convert. Future me is already sending a thank-you note.
